2. Services Description

Counseling the Counseled provides behavioral health services including professional consultation sessions, digital educational products (workbooks, templates, evaluation bundles), and training resources for clinicians, agencies, and individuals.

3. Digital Products

Digital products purchased through our platform are licensed for your personal or professional use. By purchasing a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials.

• Digital products are delivered via download after purchase
• Downloads are subject to the limits specified on each product (typically 3 downloads within 30 days)
• You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased materials
• You may not claim authorship of purchased materials

4. Session Bookings

Professional consultation sessions are booked through our website and are subject to the following policies:

• Sessions must be booked at least 2 hours in advance
• Cancellations should be made as early as possible
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Refund requests for session bookings will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Accounts

Account access is provided through secure magic link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account used to access our portal. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including workbooks, templates, evaluation materials, and training resources, is the intellectual property of Counseling the Counseled. Digital products are licensed, not sold. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our digital products and resources are educational and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional clinical supervision, legal advice, or direct therapeutic services. Counseling the Counseled shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from the use of our educational materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Counseling the Counseled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
